Atlanta Jamaican Anthony Winkler is a 2014 recipient of Jamaica’s Musgrave Medal for his achievements in Literature.

The Musgrave Medal is awarded by the Institute of Jamaica in recognition of achievement in art, science, and literature. The medal is named in honor of Anthony Musgrave, former Governor of Jamaica and founder of the Institute.

Winkler is a former president of the Atlanta Jamaican Association and author of several books two of which were made into movies.  Read more about him at winklerprofile.
